We are thrilled to announce an open position for a Junior Employer Branding Specialist (replacement employment contract) to join our experienced and joyful team. We have a tight and fully packed agenda of various, cross-functional, international initiatives touching every aspect of the employer branding ecosystem you can imagine! And we definitely need your help to make a change!

This job is for you, if

  • you already have 1-2 years of experience in carrying out employer branding & recruitment marketing activities,
  • you’ve experience in creating content for social media, newsletters, career website,
  • you like to come up and carry out initiatives that engage employees (e.g. contests, employee advocacy programs, webinars),
  • you’re passionate about communication and employer branding trends,
  • you have knowledge of the basic measures of the effectiveness of promotional activities,
  • you have very good command of the English language (minimum B2),
  • you have excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • you’re creative, have attention to detail & very good organization of work, with an ownership attitude,
  • you’re open to a dynamic and agile work environment & like to experiment with new ideas.

Your main responsibilities

  • coordination of the employee advocacy programme for the whole Allegro,
  • creating engaging content for our social media channels, career website & newsletter,
  • support with the ongoing internal & external event agenda,
  • coordination of the execution of the employer branding social media strategy,
  • daily cooperation with the employer branding & recruitment teams and business representatives,
  • reporting and analysis of the effects of actions taken.
